General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

§ 1 Scope of Application

(1) These General Terms and Conditions ("GTC") apply to all contracts concluded via the online shop www.schlafgut.com between Adam Matheis GmbH & Co. KG, Poststr. 131, D-73054 Eislingen, Germany ("Schlafgut") and consumers or entrepreneurs ("Customer").

(2) Deviating conditions of the Customer are not recognized unless explicitly agreed upon in writing by Schlafgut.

§ 2 Conclusion of Contract

(1) The presentation of products in our online shop does not represent a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to place an order.

(2) By clicking the "Buy now" button, the Customer submits a binding offer to purchase the goods in the shopping cart. The purchase contract becomes binding when Schlafgut accepts the order through an order confirmation via email or by dispatching the goods.

§ 3 Prices and Payment Terms

(1) All prices displayed include statutory VAT but exclude shipping costs.

(2) Available payment methods will be displayed to the Customer during the checkout process.

(3) Payment is due upon conclusion of the contract.

§ 4 Delivery

(1) Delivery is provided to countries indicated in the online shop.

(2) Unless otherwise stated, delivery usually takes 3-5 business days.

(3) If a product ordered by the Customer is unavailable, Schlafgut will promptly notify the Customer and refund any payments made.

§ 5 Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing reasons.

(1) The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the Customer or a third party designated by the Customer receives the goods.

(2) To exercise this right, the Customer must notify Schlafgut clearly (e.g., via email or online form) about the decision to withdraw.

(3) Schlafgut covers return shipping costs within the 14-day withdrawal period. Returns outside this period are at the Customer's expense.

§ 6 Warranty and Liability

(1) Statutory warranty rights apply.

(2) Our fitted sheets and bedding are natural products; slight variations in color may occur due to production processes. Such variations are not considered defects.

§ 7 Retention of Title

Goods remain the property of Schlafgut until full payment has been received.

§ 8 Consent to Privacy Policy

(1) By accepting these GTC, you also consent to our Privacy Policy.

(2) Our full Privacy Policy can be viewed at any time at https://www.schlafgut.com/informationen/datenschutz/.

(3) Customers may object to the processing of their personal data at any time.

§ 9 Final Provisions

(1) These GTC are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

(2) If any individual provision of these GTC is invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
