Newsletter subscription:

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your email address. To prevent misuse, we use a double opt-in procedure. You can unsubscribe anytime via the link provided in each newsletter.

Cart abandonment emails:

Direct marketing (newsletter & postal):

Customer account/registration:

Orders and payment processing:

When ordering, we process your personal data (name, address, email, payment details) to fulfill your purchase. Data is retained as required by law and then deleted.

Payments are processed via selected providers such as PayPal, Apple Pay, credit cards, or SEPA direct debit. They receive your payment details directly for payment processing. Legal basis: contract performance (Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR).

Job applications:

When you apply to us, your data is processed only for the application process. Unsuccessful applications are deleted after six months, unless you explicitly consent to longer retention.
