Cart abandonment emails:

Direct marketing (newsletter & postal):

Customer account/registration:

Orders and payment processing:

Payments are processed via selected providers such as PayPal, Apple Pay, credit cards, or SEPA direct debit. They receive your payment details directly for payment processing. Legal basis: contract performance (Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR).
Job applications:
When you apply to us, your data is processed only for the application process. Unsuccessful applications are deleted after six months, unless you explicitly consent to longer retention.
